Georgia Dairy Goat Breeders Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping dairy goat owners take care of and improve their herds.
Meetings are held bi-monthly & are currently online via ZOOM or at various club members’ homes - typically on the 3rd Sundays [Jan, Mar, May, July, Sept, Nov] - we also typically host a Club luncheon [CANCELED] in December. See next meeting's info below!
Interested persons are encouraged to join our club and/or attend meetings where we tour farms and have educational sessions on a variety of goat related topics.
Dues are $10 for an individual, $15 for a family [2 votes] & $15 for a business membership [entitled to a newsletter ad, but no vote], per year.
Newsletters are published every other month & distributed by USPS mail or E-mail - a complimentary newsletter is available on request.
If you have questions please e-mail us at GAdairygoat@gmail.com
Going to and helping out during a show is a great way to learn about dairy goats. It helps to teach you what to look for in a goat, gives you the opportunity to see different breeds and gives you the opportunity to make new friends. Our shows are sanctioned by the American Dairy Goat Association [ADGA].
